Nandini was born in a middle-class family in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. She was always interested in mathematics and commerce since her childhood. She completed her schooling from St. Mary's Convent School, where she excelled in academics and extracurricular activities. She scored 95% in her class 10 board exams and 97% in her class 12 board exams.
She decided to pursue chartered accountancy as her career after being inspired by her father, who is also a CA. She enrolled for the CA Foundation course at the age of 16 and cleared it in the first attempt. She then registered for the CA Intermediate course and cleared both the groups in the first attempt as well. She also completed three years of articleship training under a reputed CA firm in Meerut.
She appeared for the CA Final exam in November 2022 and cleared both the groups with flying colors. She secured an All India Rank of 3 and became the youngest CA in India at the age of 19. She received a lot of appreciation and recognition from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the media and the public.
Nandini is not only a brilliant student but also a humble and kind person. She credits her success to her parents, teachers and mentors who supported her throughout her journey. She also believes in giving back to society and is involved in various social initiatives. She mentors and guides other aspiring CAs and helps them achieve their dreams.
Nandini Agarwal is an inspiration for many young students who want to pursue chartered accountancy as their profession. She has proved that age is no barrier for achieving excellence and that hard work, dedication and passion can make anything possible.
