Introduction: 8th of March of every year is remarkable globally as the International Women's Day. MDWIX is also advocating for celebration of the day because of he appreciation of women power to the nation building. It is also significant as a mark of women' right movement towards the gender equality, reproductive facilitation and relaxation for child caring. It is mainly originated as a manifestation of labor movement in North America and Europe during the 20th century. It was primarily organized by the Socialist Party of America in New York city on February 28, 1909. After Russian Revolution in 1971, IWD was made a national holiday on March 8. Gradually it is recognised internationally as the international women's day(IWD) as social, cultural and political achievement of women. It also raises awareness of the challenges and inequalities that women face around the world and calls for action to achieve gender parity.


Importance: The importance of IWD lies in it's recognition of the vital role that women play in all aspects of society, from family and community to business and politics. It honors the contributions and achievements of women in history and in the present, and inspires future generations of women to pursue their dreams and aspirations. It also acknowledges the diversity and intersectionality of women's experiences and identities and celebrates the solidarity and strength of women's movements.
