             Indian business tycoon Mr. Ratan Naval Tata passed away on 9th October 2024 at Mumbai beach candy hospital. Yesterday he was admitted to that hospital with the severe health condition. Since he was 86 year old and he was suffering from different aging illness. His demise will definitely create a void in Indian industry as he placed the Tata Sons and Group companies to a great height with the accomplishment of different industrial revolution since 1991.

            
His Born, Childhood, Education, Leadership & Legacy.

        Ratan Naval Tata was born on 28th December in the year 1937 in Surat, in the State of Gujrat in India. His father was Naval Tata & Mother Soonoo Tata. He was a adopted grandchild of widow of Samsetji Tata, the founder of Tata group of companies. His early life was remarkable for his parents separation at the age of 10. Then he & his brother, Jimmy Tata were raised by their grandmother, Navajbai Tata.

      Ratan Tata's educational journey began at the Campion School in Mumbai followed by the Cathedral & John Connon School. He later attended the Bishop cotton School in Shimla and the Riverdale Country School in New York City. In 1959, he graduated with a degree in architecture from Cornell University. After completing his education, Ratan Tata joined Tata Group. in 1961.


            After retirement of RJD Tata in1991 Ratan Tata took over as the chairman of Tata Sons. During his tenure, he transformed the Tata Group into a global conglomerate through strategic acquisition including Tetley, Jaguar, Land Rover & Corus.


Philanthropy & Personal Life.



              Ratan Tata is famous & well known for his philanthropic effort. He almost 60% of his personal income donated to charity. He has invested in various startups. He continued support to innovative ventures. He is an ever bachelor and known for his simple lifestyle. Though he had a close relationship to film artist, Mrs. Simi Gerewal. He confessed that he had several time reached for a marriage but anyhow it was not happened. Simi was a close friend of Ratan Tata. She expressed her mourn in twitter fo his demise. He enjoyed his life through flying, collecting vintage cars and practising karate.


Achievement & Awards:


                 He was awarded Padma Bhusan in the year 2000. He got the medal of the Oriental republic of Uruguay in the year 2004. He also got Oslo Business for Peace Award in 2009. He was honoured with Honorary Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the British empire in 2014.


Demise or Eternal Journey:


           Today on 9th October 2024 at around 11PM , Indian business Tycoon & Philanthropist, Mr. Ratan Tata, The chairman of Tata Sons exhaled his last breath at Beach Candy hospital in Mumbai. He was 86 years old at his eternal journey. He placed Tata Group of Companies at a great height in global position. However India lost a visionary business man.

Legal Successor of Tata Group of Companies:

          Since Ratan Tata did not marry and he was an ever bachelor. So after his demise, the legal heirs of the Tata companies are Leah, Maya & Neville, the children of Noel Tata, the Step brother of Ratan Tata. Already they are being experienced in managerial capacity. At present Natarajan Chandrasekeran is as chairman of Tata sons since on 21 February, 2017.
