How to reach Sundarban from Kolkata or Sealdah or Howrah?

It was a whimsical trip to Sundarbans forest. It was winter vacation in West Bengal School during the last Sarasvati Puja in 2025. It was a pleasant time to reach to the sea shore or forest vicinity to bay of Bengal in India or Bangladesh. First we thought to reach at Bakkhali, the deep seashore of Bengal but we had visited several places there earlier. So we replanned to go the largest Asian mangrove site at Sundarbans forest. We had learnt about it's glory as the birth place of Royal Bengal Tiger. It is also regarded as the World Heritage sites of India among the other 42 sites. We talked to our family members about the visit to Sundarbans.

The sun rises over the Sundarban, a fiery orb. It bursts forth from the horizon, casting a warm glow over the forest. It slowly lifts, revealing the majestic grandeur of the mangroves. It's trunks are sturdy and strong. Their canopies are a vibrant tapestry of leaves and flowers.

The forest floor, a soft and spongy carpet of mud and moss, invites the foot to tread upon it's gentle surface.
